Home Construction

Every Garden of Eden Hollywood home is built in different third world locations, depending upon the model, so that we can ensure the maximum number of staff that we employ are in areas of high unemployment. All staff get free optional schooling and their children get to benefit from free eco schooling where and when available.

The first 100 of these homes will be built in the Philippines. We will source our workforce locally and teach them skillls to build elements of these environmentally sound houses. Taught by professionals in the relevant field , once finished these house elements would be transported in 7 specially designed shipping containers to the build location. We are so conscious of the need to recycle, even the containers themselves are constructed from the eco home elements. We even compensate for the fossil fuels used in transporting the homes with a carbon footprint-equivalent planting program.

Within just 90-180 days after you have designed, customised and ordered your Garden of Eden Hollywood Home you are delivered a revolutionary dwelling that is 99% pre-built. Plus we deal with all planning applications. House construction is carried out over just 7 days by between 4 and 8 specialists utilising specialised handling equipment and tools.

Home Interior

Home purchasers will be assigned an interior designer to help with furniture choice and specify all interior options. The hand-made furniture is constructed from renewable, recyclable materials. All appliances are sourced from worldwide supplier partners who offer units that utilise the very latest in carbon neutral technology. Similar options are offered for heating and cooling your home, which are naturally minimal due to the eco nature of the property.

To offer just two examples of the climate aware fittings, the luxurious bathroom has an economical rainshower with a 12 inch head and mobile phone controlled privacy options. It also has the very latest eco toilet which is constructed from bamboo and renewable green materials. As well as the usual automatic cleaning and drying operations, it also offers automatically adjustable seat height (for helping granny or the kids), seat warming, automatic lid operation and other advanced lighting and audio features. Waste water from the toilet is directed to the water treatment system where green technology is then used to filter and treat it, delivering potable water for drinking or garden watering.

Home Economics

As each home is capable of creating enough energy to run 7 more homes, as well as 4 cars and other electrical devices, you effectively become your own power and water company, immune to the arbitrary actions of politicians and utility providers that would otherwise monopolise your disposable income. The home is designed and set up to ensure no external utility suppliers will be sending you service invoices.

The first model available will be the Garden of Eden Hollywood home. These would retail at $5m each, later models being available at prices from $20k to $2.5m. Every time that an eco house between $150k and $2.5m is sold we also guarantee to sell one further eco house in the $20k to $100k range.

In order to do this we actually make a loss on the $20k and $50k homes but our business model ensures that we can still meet our goal with your help - be it a donation or a direct home purchase.
